These personalized sound baths and guided meditations give people time to breathe, reconnect, and feel cared for. Each experience may include crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, calming music, guided reflection, and quiet moments of rest.
For weddings, the experience can take place weeks before the celebration, during the wedding week, or on the wedding day. It can be created for the bride and bridesmaids, the couple, the full wedding party, or close family and friends. A couple may also choose a private session before or after the wedding, and a shorter experience can be thoughtfully included within the ceremony itself.
These sessions are also available for birthdays, women’s gatherings, family celebrations, community groups, nonprofits, support organizations, and private retreats. I’ll shape the timing, tone, and format around the people you are bringing together and the feeling you want them to carry home.

A Christ-centered space for rest, prayer, worship, and renewal.
This faith-based sound experience blends restorative sound with Scripture, guided prayer, worship music, testimony, and intentional stillness. Participants are invited to step away from the noise of daily life, rest in God’s presence, and make room for reflection and spiritual renewal.

Each session is prayerfully shaped around the purpose and theme of your gathering. It may be offered as a stand-alone worship and wellness experience, included within a retreat or conference, or adapted as a reflective part of a church or ministry program.
